Yes! By making an appointment you help us better manage social distancing in
the store for our customers and staff. Even if you are on the way, give us a quick
call and we’ll let you know what the situation is. You do not need an appointment
for pickup or drop off.
We will be happy to set an appointment for you when no other customers are in
the store. Or if you just want to walk in, request that our staff wear masks when
you are in the store. We will be happy to accommodate you. Give us a call and
we’ll set up something especially for you.
Yes! We have curbside pickup and drop off available. Pickups and drop offs are
available whenever we are open. We may be able to accommodate other times
as well. Make sure we know to expect you, then call when you arrive and let us
know where you are parked. Please use the restaurant carry-out or pick-up spots
when you are picking up or dropping off curbside.
No. Municiple and state mandates no longer requiring masks to be worn in retail
stores. We still ask you not to enter the store if you are ill or not feeling well. We
have disposable masks available for anyone who would like one.
Yes! We can always clean and check your jewelry at no charge to you to make
sure it is sound and undamaged. Our shop is fully staffed once again and we are
able to do repairs. We can pick up your jewelry from you curbside or you can mail
it to us if you do not want to enter the store. Call us for more details.
Yes! While we don’t have an operational online store yet, we still have hundreds
and hundreds of wonderful jewelry pieces for you to choose from. We will be
happy to help you find what you are looking for and can send you pictures of
various pieces to help you decide. We can deliver curbside or ship your selection
to you.
Yes we will still accept returns of unworn jewelry within 30 days. Refunds may
take up to 3 days, but are usually complete within hours. You will, of course,
receive a receipt showing you’ve left the piece for return or exchange.
Yes! We often create engagement rings, anniversary gifts, birthday gifts and other
items for people who do not live locally. Throughout the process, we
communicate through texts, emails and phone calls. First to understand what
you want to have created, then to show you how we’ve interpreted what we think
you want. Then together we refine it as needed. Once you are happy with the
design, we will make your custom piece. You will be able to pick it up curbside or
we can mail it to you fully insured.
You may come in an shop without an appointment. If you want to discuss
something in detail we recommend making an appointment to help everything
go a little smoother and to keep you from having to wait when we are busy.
