Stop by to take advantage of our always free cleanings and inspections. You
didn’t buy your jewelry from us? It’s still free! We’re always happy to steam clean
your jewelry, check that your diamonds and gems are held securely and that the
integrity of your jewelry is intact.
We don’t require our customers to meet a strict schedule of inspections, but we’d
like to see you and your jewelry every 6 months to a year. A little free prevention
along the way can prevent bigger potentially expensive problems later.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t just fit right.
If you find your jewelry doesn’t fit you, bring it back within 30 days and we will help you exchange it for
something else, give you store credit for a future purchase or provide you with a refund. The jewelry must
be in the same condition that it left the store for this policy to apply. Additionally, there are no returns on
custom, but we will be happy to rework it for you within reason.
When you buy from Krysty Designs you can buy with confidence that your jewelry will last. We will gladly
repair or replace at no cost to you any jewelry with a structural or manufacturing defect.
All maintenance and necessary repairs are always free the first year and we will continue to take care of
minor maintenance throughout the years at no cost to you. If you damage your ring or need other repairs
on jewelry you buy from us we offer you discounted repairs. We suggest but don’t require you to stop by
every 6 months or so to take advantage of our free cleanings and inspections so little problems don’t turn
into larger ones.

Free insurance appraisals are available for every piece of jewelry you buy from us. Just ask!
Even if you didn’t purchase your jewelry from us, we can create insurance appraisals for you. Just come
into the store with your jewelry and we’ll guide you through the rest.
Free Layaway
Don’t finance and pay interest charges. Take advantage of our FREE layaway. We offer FREE layaway at any time on purchases of $100 or more. Start with a down payment as low as 10% for in stock jewelry then pay the rest weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. It’s your choice! We’ll work out the amount of your payments and the length of time with you while you’re in the store. There is never a service fee or interest and your purchase is returnable based on the day of your final payment. Come into the store to make your payments or mail them to us. If you mail your payments to us we’ll email you a receipt showing your payment and remaining balance. You must be able to receive emails from us if you mail your payments. Layaway is not available for online purchases.In House
